Position Overview:

Are you an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician in the Houston Texas area? We’re looking for a motivated professional to join our team. In this role, you’ll service, troubleshoot, and maintain a variety of commercial HVAC equipment, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.​● Affordable, full coverage medical, dental, and vision insurance available ● Company service truck with recovery machine, vacuum pump, ladders etc. to be utilized for the company jobs that you drive for service work purposes to service jobs and job sites.

Responsibilities for the Commercial HVAC Service Technician position include:

● Perform installation, service, maintenance troubleshooting and repair of various commercial HVAC units.

● Diagnose and resolve issues in heating, cooling, systems promptly and effectively.

● Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of service calls, preventive maintenance contracts and construction projects.

● Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including parts used and services provided.

● Provide customer service by addressing client concerns and explaining proper system maintenance practices.

Requirements for the Commercial HVAC Service Technician position include:

● High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC and/or refrigeration certification preferred. ● A minimum of 3-6 years proven experience as a Commercial HVAC Service Technician, with a strong commercial background is required.

● Experience installing and serving commercial air conditioning ranging from, package units, VRF, Minisplits, chillers, boilers and pumps, VFD’S, operation and basic level BAS Controls systems (Carrier iVu, Johnson Controls, Carrier Automated logic, Trane Tracker, Tracer etc is preferred.

● Previous lead or foreman experience is preferred.

● A current TDLR Technician card is required.

● Strong knowledge of commercial air conditioning, heating and cooling systems, chill water hot water and components, and principles.

● Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing air-conditioning and heating issues.

● EPA universal license is required.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing time efficiently.

● Excellent communication skills customer-focused, also ability to work independently.

● Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
